Picture Frame Wizard

As the name so adequately points out, Picture Frame Wizard is an application that will put multiple frames at your disposal and thus allow you to enhance a photo’s looks by applying a frame. The nice thing about this application is that it has some more image editing functionality to offer – labels, artwork, masks, callouts, and effects can be easily added to photos.

To get started with Picture Frame Wizard, you must download a 20.6MB archive, extract its contents, run the executable in the archive, and then follow the instructions presented by a setup wizard. The simple truth of the matter is that in very little time you will have Picture Frame Wizard installed on your machine and ready for use.

You will see several tabs on the right hand side of the application’s interface:
Start – presents a bit of info on how to use Picture Frame Wizard.
Explorer – allows you to navigate your drives and locate images.
Picture Labeler – add the shooting date or another label.
Fun Frames – frames, artwork, masks, callouts, text, video, FX.
Tools – picture optimization, resize, rename images.
Settings – access a few options.

Using Picture Frame Wizard is a very straightforward matter. The whole thing can be broken down into three steps:
Step 1 – find an image and load it in the fun Frame.
Step 2 – edit the image to your heart’s content. Add a frame, add a callout, add an effect, and more.
Step 3 – save your creation.
